Unquestionably, this is
one of the parts of Cuba

heritage. The valley is
also a national monument.
Its beauty and size, 132
square km (51 square
miles) make it the most
outstanding example of
karst valleys in Cuba.
This fertile area is
surrounded by hills with
vertical sides and
rounded tops, called
mogotes (pin-cushion

Soroa |
 |
|
Soroa is
located a few kilometros
to the oeste of The
Terraces, situated in
the same one serranía
and with an entorno
natural very similar in
practice forms part also
of the Reservation of
the biosphere. Soroa is
a wonderful fall with
various restaurants and
where you exceed him an
orquídiario that
possesses but of 700
species of orquídeas, is
utilized like center of
investigations and of
exhibition and the
visits are accepted.

Trinidad |

Founded
by Diego Velázquez en
1514 with the name of
Villa De la Santísima
Trinidad, it has been
declared by the UNESCO
Humanitarian Culture,
thanks to its
architectural and
historical valor's
perfectly conserved.
Also known as the Museum
city of the Caribbean
Sea, it is the most
colonial of all the
cities on the island. To
walk on its stone
streets, admire its
churches and parks,
paralyze yourself in
front of its old houses
examples of Spanish
culture in America, or
to be received with a
warm cup of coffee by
any neighbor, are just
some of the experiences
you have to live in this
magical corner of Cuba.
